THE CLARENDON FRESNAYE
The Clarendon holds a rich history having once been owned by the Earl of Clarendon, the Governor of The Cape.
Being a heritage building, this family-run boutique hotel boasts 16 luxurious bedrooms and was established in 1996 by the present owner .
Cradled along the slopes of Lions Head, in the idyllic suburb of Fresnaye, it caters to families, honeymooners and the exclusive traveler who wants to enjoy the best of Cape Town. A wonderful oasis of rich green lawns and sparkling swimming pools, set in a tranquil paradise against the backdrop of a mass of pink bougainvillea.

Babysitting and spa treatments are provided in-house by request.

The Clarendon Bantry Bay and The Clarendon Fresnaye are half a kilometre apart and are situated in one of the most fashionable suburbs of Cape Town. Shielded from the wind and within minutes to the V & A Waterfront, Table Mountain, Camps Bay and Clifton beaches, exclusive shops and award winning restaurants. A mere 45 minutes away from the rolling winelands and 25 minutes from the airport.
Out of the big city in a beautiful suburb, yet close to everything you may need. Only 2.0 Km to Clifton Beach, 2.9 to the Promenade, 4.1 to The V & A Waterfront, 4.5 to Camps Bay Beach.
