Rates Quoted Are:
- Per room per night
- Inclusive of a Full English Breakfast & complimentary Afternoon Teas/Coffee and cakes
- Quoted in South African Rands (ZAR)
- We only accept children from the age of 12 years and above.
- Any additional adult or child will be charged R1200 for sharing the same room.
Surcharges
Bantry surcharge rates (superior/suites/claredon-suite) – no under 8 permitted except on request
Additional Child (over age of 2) or Adult R1200 per person per night
We are unable to accommodate more than 2 people in a standard room
Please note that between 20 December – 7 January there is a 10-nightminimum stay.
Please note our cancellation policy:
- Less than 30 days total booking cost will be charged
- More than 30 days 50% of the booking cost will be charged
- Should the booking be cancelled after a deposit has been taken
- there will be a 5% handling fee charged.
- Please take note that check-out is at 11am and check-in is from 2pm.
For all December confirmations
- All confirmed bookings are to be paid in full within 7 days of confirmation.
- A 25% non-refundable deposit from date of confirmation.
- 50% accommodation if cancelled 90 to 60 days prior to arrival.
- 100% of accommodation if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival.
- Please take note that check-out is at 11am and check-in is from 2pm.
