Surcharges
Fresnaye Family room surcharge rates
Two Children under 12 years old – no additional cost
- Family room rate is based on 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12
- Any additional child (more than two children) of any age will incur a R1200 surcharge
- Child of 12 and above – additional R1200 per person
Fresnaye 3rd person in room surcharge rates (based on standard or superior rooms)
Additional Child (over the age of 2) or Adult R1200 per person per night
Please note our cancellation policy:
- Less than 30 days total booking cost will be charged
- More than 30 days 50% of the booking cost will be charged
- Should the booking be cancelled after a deposit has been taken
- there will be a 5% handling fee charged.
- Please take note that check-out is at 11am and check-in is from 2pm.
For all December confirmations
- All confirmed bookings are to be paid in full within 7 days of confirmation.
- A 25% non-refundable deposit from date of confirmation.
- 50% accommodation if cancelled 90 to 60 days prior to arrival.
- 100% of accommodation if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival.
- Please take note that check-out is at 11am and check-in is from 2pm.
